Refund Policy

At Tonerland ("we", "our", or "us"), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Refund Policy below. This policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
  • The product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the item ordered.
  • You raise a refund request within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
  • Opened or used consumables (toners, ink bottles, cartridges, drum units, etc.)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation
  • Clearance sale or special offer items
  • Software or downloadable products

Refund Process
To request a refund:
  • Contact our support team at support@tonerland.in or +91 9811 010 637 within the eligibility period.
  • Share your order details and reason for refund along with supporting images (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Method
If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective or damaged item), we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.

For all other cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected time:
  • Check your bank account or payment provider.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Refund Policy upon delivery.
