Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- The product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the item ordered.
- You raise a refund request within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Opened or used consumables (toners, ink bottles, cartridges, drum units, etc.)
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation
- Clearance sale or special offer items
- Software or downloadable products

Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Share your order details and reason for refund along with supporting images (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Method
If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective or damaged item), we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected time:

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Refund Policy upon delivery.
